2012 ISU FAMILY OF THE YEAR APPLICATION

Iowa State Family of the Year is an honor given during the Cyclone Family Weekend celebration. The Family of the Year members are representatives of all Iowa State families. They possess exceptional uniqueness, dedication and enthusiasm for their student(s) and Iowa State University. All students are encouraged to apply.

REQUIREMENTS

1. The family must have a family member currently enrolled as a full-time student at ISU.
2. Applications must be submitted by 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 3, 2012.
3. Interviews of the student member of the family finalists will take place Friday, April 13, 2012. Finalists will be contacted by the Cyclone Family Weekend Committee to schedule an interview time.
4. Excluded from the selection: Past Parents and Families of the Year, the current governing boards and staff members of the Alumni Association, the families of members of the 2012 Cyclone Family Weekend Committee and members of the Iowa State University Parents’ Association.

The 2012 Family of the Year will be selected as the most outstanding and representative Iowa State families from the applications submitted. All family members are NOT required to be graduates of Iowa State University.
